If the assistant is not right for you within the first 30 days after it goes live on the clinic's number:

• Monthly: we refund the subscription in full; the setup fee is not refundable.
• Prepaid (6 months or a year): we refund everything you paid minus 1,500 SAR for the setup.

If you cancel before we start the setup, we refund everything you paid, including the setup fee. Once setup has started its fee is not refundable, because it pays for work already done. Any SAR amount in this policy is converted to Egyptian pounds at the exchange rate used when you paid.

• Monthly: cancel at any time. The assistant keeps running until the end of the paid month and we do not send the next payment link. Unused days are not refunded.
• Prepaid (6 months or a year): you can stop the service at any time, but the unused part of the prepaid period is not refundable once the guarantee period has ended.

Momentl provides a digital service. We do not sell or ship physical products, so there is nothing to return. This policy covers cancellations and refunds.

• WhatsApp messaging fees charged by Meta, because they are paid to Meta, not to us.
• Currency-conversion or international-transaction fees added by your bank.

If you were charged twice, or charged an amount different from the one shown at checkout, contact us and we will refund the difference in full once we have confirmed the transaction.

Refunds go back to the same card or payment method you used, for the same amount charged in Egyptian pounds. We start the refund within 5 business days of approving the request; when it reaches your account depends on your bank, usually 7–14 business days. Because your bank converts the pounds to your currency, the amount you receive in your currency may differ from what was charged, due to exchange-rate changes.
